Texture N’ Tone

Any client who is a no-show (fails to attend an appointment without proper notice, including being more than 20 minutes late as noted above) will be required to pay 100% of the service cost upfront when booking any future appointments. This prepaid amount will be applied to the service at the next appointment. Additionally, multiple no-shows may result in a loss of booking privileges, meaning we may refuse future appointments.
