CANCELLATION POLICY

Texture n Tone Salon Policies Late Arrivals • 10-Minute Grace Period: We understand that delays happen. You have a 10-minute grace period with no penalty. Please notify us if you expect to be late as a courtesy. • 15 Minutes Late: Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment time will incur a $25 late fee. This fee goes directly to the stylist for the inconvenience and to help keep the schedule on track. • 20 Minutes Late (No-Show): If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show. In this event, the policies under “No-Show” (see below) will apply to your account. No Extra Guests Please do not bring any extra guests or children to your appointment. Our space is limited and dedicated to the service and comfort of the scheduled client only. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a calm, focused environment. Illness and Rescheduling If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any illness, please reschedule your appointment. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, we ask that you do not come in sick. We will be happy to find a new time for you when you are feeling better. Service Changes No changes to services are allowed on the day of the appointment. Any modifications to your scheduled services (such as adding or switching services) must be arranged prior to the appointment day. This ensures we have adequate time and resources allocated for your visit. Payment Methods We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, Apple Pay, and Zelle for all services. Please plan to use one of these accepted payment methods at checkout. (Note: Personal checks are not accepted.) Booking Deposits & Cancellations A deposit is required to secure your appointment at Texture n Tone. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps compensate for the time slot reserved and makes it fair to clients on our waitlist. Hair Detangling Policy Please ensure your hair is fully detangled before your appointment. If extensive detangling is required during your service, a $35 detangling fee will be added. This policy is in place to keep appointments on schedule and provide the best service in the allotted time. No-Show Policy Any client who is a no-show (fails to attend an appointment without proper notice, including being more than 20 minutes late as noted above) will be required to pay 100% of the service cost upfront when booking any future appointments. This prepaid amount will be applied to the service at the next appointment. Additionally, multiple no-shows may result in a loss of booking privileges, meaning we may refuse future appointments. We enforce this policy to respect our time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for openings. ⸻ Thank you for reviewing our salon policies.
